Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and Seller

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of paid services on the Surfacely site (hereafter "the Site"), published by BusshiDev (sole proprietorship, SIREN 911 127 835) — see the legal notice for full details. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Services Offered

The Site currently offers one paid service, in addition to the free SEO/GEO audit:

• Detailed report (one-time purchase): a downloadable PDF for a specific audit, containing a prioritized action plan and copy-paste fixes for every issue detected. It includes one free re-check: running a new audit on the same URL within 15 days of purchase automatically unlocks that new report at no extra cost, once. Beyond that free re-check, unlocking another report for the same or a different audit is billed again at the price shown at checkout.

An automatic-tracking subscription (periodic re-checks of the same site over time) is planned but not currently available for purchase — you can register your interest for it from your account page. This section will be updated to describe it once it is actually for sale.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed, all taxes included, before payment on the Stripe checkout page for each service. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider; BusshiDev does not store payment card details. Access to the purchased report is granted automatically once payment is confirmed.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium once its performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge being informed of this before ordering, and you expressly consent to immediate access to the report and expressly waive your right of withdrawal accordingly.

5. Refunds

Since the report is delivered instantly upon payment (see Section 4), it is not refunded once generated, except in the following cases: a duplicate charge, a technical failure on our side that prevents access to the purchased report, or any other error attributable to BusshiDev. To request a refund in one of these cases, contact contact@surfacely.fr; refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Deleting your account (see the account page) permanently deletes your audit history, including already-purchased reports, which become unrecoverable and are not refunded.

7. Liability

The SEO/GEO scores and recommendations are based on automated, deterministic checks of technical best practices — see the disclaimers shown alongside each audit result. They do not guarantee any search ranking or AI-visibility outcome. BusshiDev's liability for a purchased service is limited to the price paid for that service.

8. Personal Data

Payment is processed by Stripe and account data by Supabase, each under its own privacy terms. BusshiDev only accesses the data needed to deliver the purchased service (email, purchase history). See the legal notice for how to exercise your data rights.

9. Changes and Governing Law

BusshiDev may update these Terms of Sale at any time; the applicable version is the one in effect on the order date. These Terms are governed by French law; in the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
