Any reproduction, representation or use of this content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

4. Cookies and Trackers

The Site relies on Supabase (authentication) and Stripe (payment) — see the Terms of Sale for details on the data these third parties process. The Site itself does not place third-party audience-measurement trackers.

5. Personal Data and Your Rights

The Site collects your email address, the URLs you scan, your audit history, and (for paid purchases) billing data handled directly by Stripe. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, export and erase your data. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, from your account page — this also cancels any active subscription. For anything not covered by self-service deletion, or any other data-rights request, contact contact@surfacely.fr.

6. Governing Law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
